Shipping Policy

We ship our products domestically and internationally using the following shipping carriers: Evri, Royal Mail, DPD.

1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 business day/s. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. (Exception: may be delivered on Saturdays).

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been shipped.

1. Domestic Shipping:
We offer domestic shipping within the United Kingdom. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.

1. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery time is typically 7–20 business days. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause additional delays.

1. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.

1. Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to customs regulations and restrictions. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

1. Shipping Errors or Damages:
In the event of a shipping error or damage to your order during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
