Shipping & returns

How we deliver Epoxy Res-iT orders in the UK and internationally, plus how returns work with our refund policy.

About our shipping service

Epoxy Res-iT (Epoxy Res-iT) ships epoxy resin kits, pigments, and accessories from the United Kingdom. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We use trusted carriers including Evri, Royal Mail, and DPD depending on parcel size, service level, and destination.

Free UK delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders. Express delivery options may be available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Order processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your payment is successful, and a dispatch email with tracking when your parcel ships.

UK delivery estimates

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Express services, where offered, are usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Some carriers may deliver on Saturdays depending on the service selected.

International shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

International delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees payable by the recipient. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number where available.

Tracking links may take up to 12 hours to become active on the carrier website.

You can also track orders using our track order page or your account dashboard when logged in.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some countries may be unavailable due to carrier or customs restrictions. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of any damage or packaging issues where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate under our refund policy.

Returns overview

Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
