Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best service and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product must be returned with all original accessories and documentation.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via the Contact us page. Please provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 3–10 business days to process.

Note: We do not refund shipping and handling fees, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping and handling fees.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions or if it is returned after the 30-day refund period.
