Our commitment

We want you to be happy with your Epoxy Res-iT purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Eligibility for a refund

To qualify for a refund on a change-of-mind return, all of the following must apply:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products are unused, unopened where applicable, and in resaleable condition.
  • Items are returned in original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.

Non-returnable items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used resin, hardener, or chemical products unless faulty.
  • Custom-mixed, personalised, or clearance items marked as non-returnable at purchase.
  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.

How to request a refund

Contact us via our contact page or email with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may delay processing.

Pack items securely to prevent leakage or damage in transit. We recommend using the original outer packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund is completed.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal where used).

Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns unless required by law or stated otherwise for a promotional offer.

Faulty or damaged products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of delivery — with your order number and supporting photos.

Where a product is confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund including outbound delivery charges, as appropriate.

Cancellations before dispatch

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us promptly and we will try to cancel it. If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has dispatched, our standard returns process applies.
