We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and speed. These typically include standard (ground) shipping, expedited shipping, and next‑day delivery (where available).

For international customers, we ship via reliable international courier services (such as DHL, UPS, or Parcelforce), depending on destination. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight/size of your items, and your address. You’ll see the cost of shipping in your cart/checkout before you pay.

Browse our product catalogue and add the items you’d like to your cart. When ready, go to the cart and click “Checkout.”

Enter your shipping address, billing information, and choose your shipping method. Review your order (items, quantities, total cost including shipping). Complete payment using the payment method available (PayPal only). Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

For orders shipped within the UK: Standard shipping usually takes 2‑5 business days. Expedited options are faster, often 1‑2 business days. For international orders: Delivery times typically range from 5 to 14 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and shipment method. Please note there may be additional delays during busy periods or due to customs clearance for international orders.

All orders are dispatched from our base in the United Kingdom. Items are packed here and shipped via our selected carrier services.

If you notice a mistake or wish to change your billing address before placing an order, simply update it during checkout. If you need to change the billing address after placing your order (but before it is shipped), please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible via email or phone. We’ll do our best to update your order in our system. Unfortunately, once the item has been shipped, we may not be able to change the billing address due to security and processing constraints.

Possible reasons and solutions:

  • You may be using the wrong email address or password. Try resetting your password.
  • Your account may not yet be activated - check your email (including your spam folder) for an activation/verification link.
  • Browser issues or cookies: clear your browser cache or try a different browser or device.
  • If you've forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset.

If none of these work, contact our Support team, providing your name, email address, and a description of the issue. We’ll look into it and help you regain access.
