Mix ratios vary by kit — always follow the label on your specific product. Most of our art and pro kits use a 2:1 ratio (two parts resin to one part hardener) by volume. Measure accurately; incorrect mixing is the most common cause of soft or sticky results.

Most pours are touch-dry within 12–24 hours and fully cured in 48–72 hours, depending on kit type, pour depth, and room temperature. Warmer rooms cure faster; cooler rooms slow things down. Aim for 18–22°C where possible.

Mix slowly to avoid trapping air, then sweep a heat gun or torch briefly across the surface on the lowest setting. Pre-warming your mould can also help. Avoid overheating the resin.

Stored in a cool, dark place, our epoxy resin typically has a shelf life of around 12 months from manufacture. Check the batch information on your bottle before mixing.

Our formulations include UV stabilisers to help reduce yellowing indoors. For pieces with strong UV exposure, a UV-resistant topcoat is recommended for the longest clarity.

Our epoxy is not certified food-safe once cured. Do not use it for surfaces in direct, prolonged contact with food.

If you need to change details after ordering but before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, billing details usually cannot be changed for security reasons.
